There are people who, when they see my work, ask:
-"How did you come up with that?"
-It's difficult to explain how it all starts....
Maybe curiosity, the desire to learn and apprehend have a lot to do with it.
You see things that seem beautiful to you -what an important word- and you feel the need to make them yourself.
You want to express, in your own way, everything that attracts you. And you don't know why, but this fact ends up being a necessity.
To be able to create -what an audacious word-, without further pretensions.
-"And where do you start?"
-Always with a drawing. I take a notebook, pencil and start sketching, staining.... Suddenly you see on paper everything you have in your head: the shapes and colors you have imagined are there, in front of you. They become something.
