You can make the payment by - Credit card - PayPal: it is a secure online payment service where you can pay with your credit card without having to have a Paypal account. You can find more information about the different means supported by this service and how its secure payment gateway works in this link.
MAITE MORELL reserves the right to modify the commercial offer at any time on her website (modifications on prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). These modifications will not affect the purchases already made.
The prices displayed on this website for countries of the European Union already include the VAT that may be appropriate to apply, so you will not have any additional surcharge.
The prices that appear on the website for countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include VAT. When you receive your package, you will have to face a surcharge of taxes and customs.
You can contact the customs offices of your country to request detailed information about these expenses. If you decide to reject your purchase made at www.maitemorell.com once the package arrives, you will have to be responsible for the original shipping costs, any tax or customs charge applied to your order, as well as the cost of sending the package back to my workshop. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be returned from your order. I am required by law to declare the exact value of the contents of the package and cannot alter it in any way.
HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE ONLINE SHOP
To make a purchase on the online store www.maitemorell.com you must add the products you are interested into the 'Cart' (Shopping Basket) and follow the steps defined on the website. To close a sales contract with www.maitemorell.com you have to fill out the order form that I put at your disposal in electronic format and send it following all the steps.
Before sending your order, I advise you to carefully review the information (Shipping Address, Name of the Holder, etc.) and you can change your information if they are not correct.
Payments will be made through the PayPal Secure Payment Platform, so during the payment process, you will be sent to the PayPal website where the payment will be completed in a completely secure environment. Once the payment is accepted you will automatically return to www.maitemorell.com, and you will see a message on the screen confirming the payment. You will receive an email confirming the payment and then I will send you the shipping information.
Please note that you are NOT required to have a PayPal account to make payments.
When you send me the order form you are accepting the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Right of Withdrawal, and all the contents of www.maitemorell.com. If you have any questions or do not agree, do not fill out the form.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
PACKAGING
All pieces are properly packaged to ensure that their transport is carried out in the safest way. To protect them during shipping the piece will be double boxed. A first box contains the piece itself, wrapped in its corresponding bubble protection, this box will be put into a second box. The package will also include some tips to help you unpack the piece in the safest way.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All pieces are shipped from Denia, Spain. Pieces are usually shipped within the first 10 business days after your payment is confirmed.
All shipments are made through the courier company MRW and its collaborators, with an estimated delivery time of 24-72 hours.
If you are an international customer, you are responsible for any additional customs charges and local taxes, if applicable. Please check your local policies and regulations on international packages.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The pieces that appear on the website are one of a kind pieces, they are made by hand and, in some cases, on request and specifically for the client who requests it, so I will not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns (returns will only be accepted due to incidents in transport or because the piece arrives broken due to poor packaging or another type of incident). In case of rejection of an order by the client due to a dispute with the customs corresponding to their country of destination, I will not accept said return nor will I be responsible for any expense or shipment derived from said disagreement.
I will NOT be responsible for shipping costs and returns due to changes of opinion, errors in the information given, or for not having met your expectations. Only in cases where it is proven that you have received a defective piece, I will take care of all the necessary steps.
To return a defective order you must write to maite@maitemorell.com within 14 working days. It will be necessary to send a photo of the broken piece at the time of unpacking. The pieces must always be returned in their original packaging.
Your return must meet all these conditions to be accepted.
If you are in Spain (Peninsula) we will send the courier to collect your return, and in any other case, the return must be made by Certified Mail or some other system with a delivery record.
The purchase amount will be returned through the same payment method, once I have received the piece.
